APCR Report Challenges Legality of Action Against Muslim Institutions in Rajasthan Border Districts

The Association for Protection of Civil Rights (APCR) reports that the Rajasthan administration's actions against Muslim religious institutions in border districts may violate due process and natural justice. APCR's fact-finding mission found that notices were served with insufficient time for response, some via WhatsApp or mosque walls, and recipients were often denied meetings or hearings. At least seven mosques have been demolished, with more cases pending. APCR urges the government to halt demolitions, ensure fair hearings, and follow Supreme Court guidelines on demolitions.
