Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Cautions Against Eid Prayers on Roads Amidst Char Dham Yatra

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami warned against Eid prayers on public roads amid the Char Dham Yatra. He stressed keeping roads unobstructed for public movement. Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi rejected the claim. He said Muslims only pray on roads out of compulsion. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad also demanded a ban. Critics accused leaders of targeting Muslims while favouring similar Hindu religious gatherings.
