11% of Waqf Property Applications Rejected on UMEED Portal, UP Records Highest Rejections

One year post-launch, India's UMEED waqf property registration portal has approved 73% of 7.96 lakh properties, rejecting 11%. Uttar Pradesh led rejections (36%), followed by West Bengal (16%) and Rajasthan (13%). Rejection rates were highest in Rajasthan (37%), Tamil Nadu (26%), and Uttar Pradesh (22%).
