Trump Aide Signals Support for Future Israeli Gaza Attacks, Contradicting Peace Claims

Trump Aide Signals Support for Future Israeli Gaza

So after this cease-fire and hostage deal was made, Mike Waltz who was picked by Trump to be the national security advisor said on Fox News that the new government would back Israel if they attacked Gaza again. This happened on a Wednesday just after the deal was announced even though Trump was saying the deal was all about peace.

Waltz also said that the US had told Israel they wouldn’t stop them from doing more military stuff in Gaza. He didn’t go into details about the attacks but what he said made it sound like the new administration was okay with Israel using military force. This kind of clashes with Trump talking about peace in public.

Basically it looks like there’s a difference between what the new administration is saying about peace and what their national security advisor thinks. Waltz’s interview made it seem like the U.S. is fine with Israel taking military action even though they were trying to look like they were about peace at the time.
