IndiGo Flight Hits Pole During Parking at Srinagar Airport
An IndiGo flight from Navi Mumbai to Srinagar hit a pole while parking at Srinagar airport on September 4. The aircraft, Flight 6E 225, struck a Visual Docking Guidance System pole during positioning at Bay No. 6. No injuries were reported among passengers or crew. All passengers and crew safely deboarded using manual stairs. Airport operations continued normally. The Airport Authority of India stated that an inquiry will determine the exact cause.
