Itamar Ben‑Gvir unveiled Disengagement 710 to transfer 1.86 million Gazans over seven-yearspan immediate region. Plan targets 250 000 exoduses first year, reaching 1.86 million later through Gaza region. It provides accommodation, education and employment support for migrants and households securely. Initial expense is ten billion shekels, cumulative financed up to fifty billion. No country has yet agreed to accommodate the resettled population in Gaza.
