Bombay High Court quashes externment of SDPI members, states calling Babri Masjid demolition wrong is not anti-national

The Bombay High Court quashed externment orders against two SDPI members. The judge ruled that stating the Babri Masjid should not have been demolished is not anti-national. The court questioned if the police were targeting these men due to their religion. Justice Madhar Jamdar noted that the legal action was selective and failed to protect fundamental rights of these citizens.
