Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Court On Tuesday Convicted Ravi Shankar Khamrai On Charges Of Luring Her Away With The Intention Of Marrying Her And Establishing Physical Relations With Her From Susaniya Village In Barshol Police Station Area, A Rural Area Of Jamshedpur. The Matter Of Punishment Will Be Heard On January 27. This Case Is Being Heard By The Court Of Special Judge Of Jamshedpur Court, Judge Kawaljit Chopra Of POCSO Court. Additional Public Prosecutor Rajiv Kumar Said That A Total Of 11 People Have Testified Before The Court In This Case. The Court Has Convicted The Accused Ravi Shankar Khamrai Under Section 363,376 (3) Of The Indian Penal Code And Section 6 Of The POCSO. The Incident Is Of The Year 2020. On The Day Of The Incident, Accused Ravi Shankar Khamrai Had Abducted A 15-Year-Old Minor Resident Of Susniya Village With The Intention Of Marrying Her. Police Recovered The Minor From Odisha Seven Days After The Incident.
The Court Has Declared The Accused Father Guilty In The Case Of Molestation And Rape Of His Daughter In Azadnagar, The Punishment Will Be On 30th
The Court Has Convicted Dhananjay Sharma, The Priest Of Mankameshwar Temple Of Mango Azadnagar Police Station Area Of Jamshedpur, On Charges Of Molesting And Raping His Daughter. Jamshedpur Court Will Pronounce The Sentence On The Issue Of Punishment On January 30. The Court Has Found The Accused Priest Guilty Under Sections 354,376 Of IPC And Sections 6 And 10 Of POCSO. Additional Public Prosecutor Rajiv Kumar Said That A Total Of 10 People Have Testified In This Case. In This Regard, The Priest’s Wife Had Filed A Case In Azadnagar Police Station, In Which She Had Accused The Priest Of Indecent Acts And Raping Her Daughter.
