A First Information Report or FIR has been filed against the CEO and a pilot from M.A. Heritage Aviation Private Limited. This happened because their helicopter was late for a flower shower at the Prayagraj Mahakumbh during Paush Purnima. The Uttar Pradesh Civil Aviation Department made the complaint saying they messed up the operations causing the big delay.
The flower shower was supposed to happen from a helicopter over the people at the Mahakumbh a big Hindu religious event. The delay messed up the religious rituals and the government’s plan for the day. The government of Uttar Pradesh led by Yogi Adityanath acted quickly showing they care about the religious gathering and how it should run smoothly.
The complaint says the aviation company didn’t do what they were supposed to do which disrupted the event. The late start caused problems for people and event organizers.
