Press Club of India Demands Investigation into Alleged Attack on Muslim Women Journalists by Delhi Police
The Press Club of India, Indian Women’s Press Corps, Delhi Union of Journalists and other bodies condemned alleged assault of Muslim female journalists Shaheen Khan and Nafisa Khan by Delhi Police after they reported a hospital inauguration. They claim police dragged the women, subjected them to physical abuse and threats, demanding an immediate investigation for justice and safety worldwide today.
