Hemant Soren: Organ Donation - A Noble Cause for Saving Lives

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren stated that organ and tissue donation is a noble act that can save many lives. He emphasized the need to increase public awareness so more people participate. Speaking at a workshop in Ranchi, he called organ donation a symbol of humanity and social responsibility, noting that one donor can offer new life and hope to several families. He highlighted rapid medical advances, such as liver and kidney transplants, and urged collaboration between government, hospitals, institutions, and citizens to overcome hesitation and misconceptions surrounding donation.
